Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at info@bromiczworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
